It does not include pay-by-usage costs for your own AI API usage, enterprise platform implementations, large third-party vendor contracts, premium tools, unusual high-volume usage, or client-owned infrastructure unless that is agreed separately in writing.
Is the managed plan unlimited?
No. Like a managed IT agreement, the managed plan provides ongoing professional capacity within a defined scope. It covers up to 3 active custom AI workflows, agents, or integrations at a time, but a single well-built agent can handle many related tasks, tool calls, handoffs, and workflow steps. AI-Untapped monitors, maintains, improves, and extends those systems through a prioritized work queue. Companies that need more active custom systems can be scoped separately with custom pricing.
Can you work with our existing tools?
Yes. The assessment reviews current software, workflows, platforms, and operational constraints so recommendations can fit the systems you already use where practical.
Can you build custom integrations?
Yes. The managed plan is built for custom agentic solutions, practical integrations, and AI-enabled software. It can include API integrations, internal tool connections, data-flow work, custom AI agent configuration, workflow automation, custom AI tooling, internal applications, and broader software development depending on scope. If the project is mainly implementing your own AI API usage, enterprise AI platform, or vendor account, AI-Untapped can do that work, but your company remains responsible for those external usage and enterprise platform costs unless agreed otherwise.
Can larger custom AI applications be built under the subscription?
Yes. Larger tools, internal applications, dashboards, agent control panels, and custom workflow software can be scoped under the managed AI subscription when they are the right solution. Bigger builds may take multiple monthly billing periods. If management ends before a scoped build is finished, the delivered work may be incomplete unless a separate completion arrangement is agreed in writing.
